5、A)treatmentalonebutwasdecreasedaftercombinedbFGFtreatmentthatwasdetectedbyrealtimeRT-Keywords:PCR,fluorescenceimmunohistochemistryandGiemsastaining.Further,nosignificantdifferenceinBasicfibroblastgrowthfactormRNAexpressionofeitherRAmetabolism-relatedenzymes(Raldh2andC
6、yp26b1)orRAreceptorsMeiosisMitosiswasdisplayedafterbFGFchallenge.ThisresultsuggeststhatthesuppressionofbFGFonmeiosiswasGermcellunlikelythroughinhibitionofRAsignaling.Inaddition,asamitogen,bFGFadministrationincreasedgermChickencellproliferation(viaBrdUincorporation)i
7、nculturedorganorcellsinvitroandalsoindevelopingOvaryembryosinvivo.Incontrast,blockadeofbFGFactionbySU5402(anFGFR1antagonist)orinhibitionofproteinkinaseCsignalingshowedinhibitedeffectofbFGFonmitosis.Inconclusion,bFGFsuppressesRA-inducedentryofgermcellsintomeiosistoen
