7、otency(Oct4),transient(upanddown)expressionofendoderm(Sox17)andupregulationofearlyhepaticmarkersealbuminandalpha-fetoprotein.ThehepaticdifferentiationwasenhancedfurtherbyaddinghepaticstellatecellstosurfacesthatalreadycontainedmESCsonGFspots.Acombinationof
