5、nsebothinvivoandinvitro.OurresultsshowedthatNBPimprovedthelocomotorrecoveryofSDratsafterSCIansignificantlydiminishedthelesioncavityareaofthespinalcord,apoptoticactivityinneurons,andthenumberofTUNEL-positivecellsat7dayspost-injury.NBPinhibitedactivationofmicroglia,diminishedthereleaseofinfl

6、ammatorymediators,andreducedtheupregulationofmicroglialTLR4/NF-jBexpressionat1daypost-injury.Inaco-culturesystemwithBV-2cellsandPC12cells,NBPsignificantlyreducedthecytotoxicityofBV-2cellsfollowinglipopolysaccharide(LPS)stimulation.Inaddition,NBPreducedtheactivationofBV-2cells,diminishedth
