4、ialandscape.TheUS-ChinaBusinessCouncil’s(USCBC)annualsurvey,releasedinOctober2012,providesfreshinsightintomembercompanies’outlookonthefutureoftheirbusinessesinChina.AccordingtoUSCBC’sestimates,theChinamarketisworth$250billionforAmericancompanies,and94%ofthecompani

5、esrespondingtothesurveysaidtheirbusinesspurposeinChinaistoaccessthedomesticmarketratherthantodevelopaplatformforexporting.Thereportclaimsthatalthoughtheglobaleconomyisstillfaltering,89%ofthosecompaniessurveyedwerenotonlyprofitable,buttheyaremakingmoneyat“thehighes

6、tratetodateintheseven-yearhistoryoftheUSCBCmembersurvey.”Amongthem,two-thirdssawdouble-digitgrowthovertheir2011revenue.Unsurprisingly,then,theproportionofcompaniesthatnowrankChinaasatoportop-fivepriorityhasrisento94%,with71%statingthatChinawouldbeatopfivepriorityi
