6、陈瑞 目的探讨老年人动脉弹性与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。 方法选定北京军队干休所的721例老年人(年龄≥60岁),填写调查表,行颈动脉超声多普勒检测颈总动脉内中膜厚度(Intima-mediathicknessIMT)、颈内外动脉及颈总动脉斑块情况,将颈动脉IMT≥0.9mm或/和颈动脉斑块定义为颈动脉粥样硬化。采用全自动动脉硬化测定仪(日本Colin公司生产VP-1000)同步记录左右侧脉搏波传导速度(Pulsewaveveloc
7、ityPWV)作为反映大动脉弹性的指标。应用统计学方法探讨老年人动脉弹性与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。 结果经超声检出颈动脉粥样硬化患者中,各种危险因素的两组间统计描述结果表明:年龄、平均压、脉压、PWV、性别、吸烟史、高血压病史在两组间分布有显著性差异(P<0.05)。以颈动脉粥样硬化是否发生为因变量,以颈动脉粥样硬化相关影响因素为自变量,进行多元Logistic回归结果显示:年龄、性别、脉压、PWV是颈动脉粥样硬化独立的危险因素,随着PWV增加,发生颈动脉粥样硬化的OR值增加。. 结论PWV是老年人颈动脉粥样硬化
