1、312例输卵管异位妊娠的回顾性分析【关键词】回顾性分析【摘要】目的探讨输卵管异位妊娠的超声图像类型及其特征性改变。方法总结分析了312例手术及病理证实的输卵管异位妊娠的术前二维声像图改变。结果312例输卵管异位妊娠患者中共有290例患者附件区能探及包块，且包块可分为以下三种类型:（1）胚芽心搏型，包块内有妊娠囊，其内部可见胚芽或（和）心管搏动;（2）妊娠囊型，输卵管内仅有妊娠囊，无胚芽，内部回声从外向内依次为低回声、强回声、无回声，呈Dount征。（3）复杂型，内部回声紊乱，强弱不等，有不规则强回声团和无回声区以及低回声团，无前两型所具有的妊娠囊回声。此三型超声

2、所示盆腹腔积液暗区深度为手术所示积血量呈正相关（r=0.78，P<0.05）。22例（7.05%）附件区超声未能探及包块，仅于盆腔内探及液性暗区，亦称无包块型，仅凭盆腔积液的间接征象由临床根据病史和血促绒毛膜性腺激素HCG滴度综合分析予以诊断。结论输卵管异位妊娠的超声图像类型可分为胚胎心搏型、妊娠囊型、复杂型、无包块型四型。胚芽和心管搏动是诊断输卵管异位妊娠的最确切依据，输卵管妊娠囊回声，可作为特征性声像改变。超声所示腹腔积液暗区深度与手术所示积血量呈正相关。关键词异位妊娠超声检查Re
