1、万方数据垫盟芏窒堕!塑!生!!旦墨!!鲞壁!!墅曼!!·型!!!型竺：!!型!业!!∑型丝：型!!!阔韧带平滑肌瘤的MR诊断刘林。管祥林，黄奕桩，曾少华。周世柱·骨骼肌肉影像学·【摘要】目的：探讨阔韧带平滑肌瘸的MR表现及诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析13倒经手术和璃理证实为阔韧带平滑肌瘤的MR表现。结果：13例中肿块位于子宫右侧4倒，左侧8倒．两侧l例。肿块呈圆形、类哑彤10倒．不规则形或分叶状3例。肿班太于5cm占84．6％(1l／13)。T。wI肿块均呈等或略低信号；TzwI曲中等信号。其中11例肿块中见不均匀斑点状、槌备状高信号影，2例见大片状液化坏死灶。注射钆喷替酸葡甲胺(Gd_D

2、TPA)后扫描肿块实质部分明显强化，显示包膜完整，与子宫等同围脏器分界清晰lo例，包膜不清，与子宫有粘连且分界不清3倒；包膜不强化且显示更清晰。结论：阔韧带平滑肌瘤的MR表现具有一定的特征性：盆腔内、子宫外太而有完整包膜的实性或实性为主的肿块．T，w1呈等或略低信号，T：wI呈中等信号，其内常可见不均匀斑点状、梭鲁状高信号影，增强扫描肿瘤强化明显。MR具有趣好的软组织分辨率、多方位成像的特点，有利于肿痼结构、成缔与包膜显示，对明确诊断有肯定的价值。【关键词】砧共振成像；阔韧带f平滑肌瘤【中囝分类号】R1●5．2}R737．3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】Iooo03l3(2007)10一1
