6、,developeconomicactivityandstrengtheneconomicrelationsamongEuropeancountries,andbetweenEuropeandtherestoftheworld.DuringtheColdWar,UNECEservedasauniqueforumforeconomicdialogueandcooperationbetweenEastandWest.Despitethecomplexityofthisperiod,significantachievementsweremade
