3、sonantcircuitformedbyLsandCgs1+Cd[5].Inthisoperationandtorealizeacompactinputmatchingnetwork.work,atransformerwithashuntcapacitor(Cp)isutilizedDetailedanalysesoftheinputmatch,voltagegain,andnoisetoabsorbthisseriesRLCcircuitintoawidebandfigureoftheLNAareprovided.Imp
4、lementedin0.13-µmmatchingnetwork.CMOS,theLNAachievesamaximumpowergainof16.2VDDdB,aninputreturnlossofgreaterthan11.0dB,andaminimumnoisefigureof2.8dBforthe3−5-GHzUWBRloadwhileconsumingonly6.7mWfroma1.2-Vsupply.TheLload2activeareaofthefabricatedCMOSUWBLNAis0.32mm.Vout
