3、scriptive,instrumentalandnormativethenormsandtherelationbetweencorporateandapproachestostakeholdertheory.Descriptiveindividualresponsibilities.ThispaperarguesfortheapproachesonlyattempttoascertainwhetherrelevanceofAristotle’sideasonethicsandpolitics,andespecially
4、thelinkbetweenthem,forstakeholderstakeholders’interestsaretakenintoconsidera-theory.AnAristotelianapproachsuggeststhatthetionbycorporationsornot.Instrumentalcorporationshouldbeconsideredasexistingtoallowapproacheslooktotheeffectsofstakeholdersthedecisionmaker,who
5、normallyisamanager,tomanagementoncorporateperformance.Norma-liveacompleteandgoodlifeandtomakedecisionstiveapproachesareconcernedwiththereasonsthatinvolvetheinterestsofdifferentstakeholders.Thiswhystakeholders’interestsshouldbetakenintoapproachleadstoanumberofimpl
6、icationsregardingaccount.AlthoughAristotlehaswrittenlittletheroleoforganizationalpoliticsandthemanagerialoneconomicsandalmostnothingonthefunction.managementofbusinessorganizations(Meikle,1994),hewrotecopiouslyonethicsandpolitics.Therehavebeenearlierattempttobaset
