3、eralinstances.Assuch,capturingandaddressingofstakeholderinputsiscrucialtothesuccessofPPPprojects.Stakeholderinvolvement(SI)isaninterdisciplinarydomainthatspansmanydisciplines(engineering,sociology,psychology,marketing,etc).Thefragmentednatureofknowledgeinthisdomainisimpedingprojectmana

4、gersfromleadingsuccessfulSIprogrammes.Assuch,thispaperpresentsasemanticmodelandtaxonomythatrepresentsthekeyconceptsunderlyingstakeholderinvolvementinPPPinfrastructureprojects.Themodelhasthepotentialtoactasacoreforknowledgerepresentation,sharingandreuseinthemultidisciplinarydomainofSI.A
