2、itectureconnectsWebresourcesforbrowsingfreelyratherthanforeffectivelearning.Tosupporteffectivelearning,ane-learningsystemshouldbeabletodiscoverandmakeuseofthesemanticcommunitiesandtheemergingsemanticrelationsindynamiccomplexnetworkoflearningresources.Previousgraph-basedcomm
3、unitydiscoveryapproachesarelimitedinabilitytodiscoversemanticcommunities.ThispaperfirstlysuggeststheSemanticLinkNetworkSLN,alooselycoupledsemanticdatamodelthatcansemanticallylinkresourcesandderiveoutimplicitsemanticlinksaccordingtoasetofrelationalreasoningrules.Bystudyingth
4、eintrinsicrelationshipbetweensemanticcommunitiesandthesemanticspaceofSLN,approachestodiscoveringreasoning-constraint,rule-constaintandclassification-constraintsemanticcommunitiesareproposed.Further,theapproaches,principlesandstrategiesfordiscoveringemergingsemanticsindynami
