3、ession.Inthepastdecadeawealthofinformationindicatingthepotentialuseofcirculatingnucleicacidsforcancerscreening,prognosisandmonitoringoftheefficacyofanticancertherapieshasemerged.InthisReview,wediscussthesefindingswithaspecificfocusontheclinicalutilityofcell-freenucleicacidsasbl

4、oodbiomarkers.In1948,MandelandMétais1describedthepresenceofThisReviewfocusesontheclinicalutilityofcfNA,microRNAsSmallnon-codingRNAcell-freenucleicacid(cfNA)inhumanbloodforthefirstincludinggeneticandepigeneticalterationsthatcanmoleculesthatmodulatethetime.Thisattractedlittleatte

5、ntioninthescientificcom-bedetectedincfDNA,aswellasthequantificationofactivityofspecificmRNAmunityanditwasnotuntil1994thattheimportancenucleosomesandmiRNAs,anddiscussestherelationshipmoleculesbybindingandofcfNAwasrecognizedasaresultofthedetectionofbetweencfNAandmicrometastatic c
