5、ncreasingfrom103databaseconcerningthetopicofSIBOdiagno-colony-formingunits(CFU)/mlintheupperin-siswerecriticallyreviewed.testinaltractto1014CFU/mlinthecolon2.RESULTS:SIBOiscommoninthepresenceofoneormorepredisposingconditions.Theclini-Theintestinalmicrobiotawas
6、foundtoplaycalpictureofSIBOpatientsisextremelyvariable,differentbeneficialeffectsonthehost:protectiondependingofunderlyingdisorders,andbothpa-againstpathogenicmicroorganisms,stimulationtientsandmicrobiotacharacteristics.SIBOcouldofthehumanimmunesystem,atrophic
7、functionbeasymptomatic,orleadingtoaspecificgas-ontheintestinalmucosathusparticipatingtothetrointestinalIBS-likesymptoms.Inworstcasesitintegrityofthegutbarrier,productionofvariousmayconfigurearealmalabsorptionsyndrome.Cultureofintestinalaspiratesremainsatpresen
