6、eperovskitesolarcellshavereceivedDIOandGBLasadditivestoachieveahighcoverageperovskite17,18muchattentionduetotheirsuperiorintrinsicpropertiesforlayer.However,thebarenessandinhomogeneityproblemssolarenergyconversion.Thistypeofsolarcellwasfirstreportedstillcannotbecompletelyavo
7、ided.Bolinketal.proposedanbyMiyasakaetal.withapowerconversionefficiency(PCE)ofevaporation/sublimationmethod,achievingasolarcellwith>12%144%,anddespiteonlyseveralyearselapsing,theefficiencysoonefficiency.Thosestudiesdemonstratedthegreatpotentialof2–5evolvedtoover19%.Thehybridperovs
8、kitematerialsexhibittheperovskite–PCBMarchitecture.However,thecomplicatedappealingfeaturessuchashighabsorptioncoefficients,excellentandrigorousfabricationprocessoftheperovskitelayermayplace6–8ambipolarchargemobilityandappropriatebandgaps.Moreover,constraintsonitsapplication,
