6、mergeradvisoryservices.Asthedemandfortheseservicesgrew,InvestmentBanksaugmentedtheiranalystprogramsbyexpandingtheirundergraduaterecruitingeffortsatacademicinstitutionssuchasColumbiaandNYU.TheseInvestmentBankinganalystpositions,withtheirassociatedprestige,unparalleledresponsibility,relativelyhighpay,
7、andaggressiverecruitingtactics,quicklybecamethejobofchoiceforgraduatingseniors.Becauseoftheabundanceoftopqualitycandidatesgraduatingeveryyear,thetopjobswillgothestudentsthatcanmosteffectivelymarketthemselvesinadditiontohavingstrongacademicandworkexperiences.Wehaveputthismaterialtogethertohelpyounavi
