1、卜蜂莲花移动通讯网络（V网）构建倡议书ProposalofVmobilephonenetworkserviceforLotusSupermarket各位卜蜂莲花的同事，大家好！DearcolleaguesofLotussupermarket,公司考虑到公司员工在工作中通讯费较高，为降低员工通讯方面的工作成本，实现公司与员工的双赢，现与中国移动合作，构建卜蜂莲花移动通讯网络（以下简称V网），具体细则如下：Consideringthehighcommunicationexpensesofthestaffduringthedailywork,ourcompanydecidedtocooperat

2、ewiththeChinaMobiletoestablishtheVmobilephonenetworkinordertoleadtoawin-winsituation.Thedetailedrulesandregulationsareasfollows:1、加入对象为使用中国移动号码的手机用户，不与其他原使用的任何套餐冲突；1.TheusershouldbetheclientofChinaMobileandhis/heroriginalservicepackageswon’tbeinterferedwhenhe/herusestheVmobilephonenetworkservice.2

3、、卜蜂莲花移动通讯网络由加入此项业务的所有人员构成，个人信息完全保密；2.TheVmobilephonenetworkismadeupofthewholepeoplewhoapplyfortheserviceandallthepersonalinformationwillbekeptinperfectsecrecy.3、所有在网人员享有每月网内成员间3000分钟（上海地区）免费接打，超出部分按使用者原资费计算；3.Theserviceincludes3000-minute-freemobilephonecallsamongallthememberintheVnetwork.However,

4、theexcededtimewillbechargedaccordingtotheoriginalmobiletariffs.4、此业务由公司承担一部分费用，加入者个人承担5元/机/月，计算在个人当月手机费中，原手机资费由公司承担的同事，这部分费用任属于报销范畴；4.Ourcompanywillundertakeapartofthefeewhileoneapplicantshouldpay5yuan/mobilephone/monthwhichwillbeaddedtohis/hermobilephonefeeinthesamemonth.Asforthecolleagueswhosemo
