3、directiondependsontheserviceconditionandcouldvaryfromafterafractionofanticipatedservicelife.Tostudythe30,000to180,000h[1].causeoffailure,microstructuresofas-receivedandusedEthylenecrackingreactionproducesfreecarbonthattubeswereinvestigatedbyopticalandsc

4、anningelectrondepositsontubesurfaceasadherentcoke.Thisacceleratesmicroscopyandthemicrochemicalcompositionoftubescarbondiffusionintubematerial,especiallyduringtheandprecipitatedcarbideweredeterminedbyenergydis-decokingperiod[2].Carburizedmaterialintheinn

5、erwallpersiveX-ray(EDS).Also,themorphologyofdepositedoftheradianttubehasahigherthermalexpansioncoeffi-cokeparticleswasdeterminedbySEM/EDS.Finallytocientandtendstoincreaseinvolumeandplacestressesonmeasuretheextentofcarbonpenetration,hardnesstestingthetube
