3、ontainerterminals.Byextend-vesselsaredonebythequaycranes(QCs).Thetransportationofingthepreviousworks,weshowthatitisimportanttomakeex-containersbetweenQCsandASCsiscarriedoutbyautomatedplicitthehiddenjobsneededtoprepareforthemainrequestedguidedvehicles(AGVs).Exchangeofacontainerbetweent

4、hejobs.SincethepreparatoryjobscanbedonebyanyofthetwoseasideASCandanAGVtakesplaceataseasidehandoverpointASCs,appropriateassignmentofthesejobscanhelptopromote(HP)ofablock.ExchangebetweenthelandsideASCandanex-cooperationandavoidinterferencebetweenthetwoASCs.Theternaltrucktakesplaceatalan

5、dsideHP.Fig.2showsthestruc-proposedgeneticalgorithm(GA)performssearchwithinthetureofablockwhichconsistsofanumberofbayseachofwhichframeworkofiterativereschedulingtocopewiththeuncertaintyagainconsistsofseveralrowsofstacksofapredefinedtier.TheofASCoperation.Toboostthesearchperformanceund

6、ertightgoalofschedulingthetwinASCsistoachievemaximumproduc-real-timeconstraintofiterativerescheduling,ourGAusessometivitybydeterminingcraneassignmentandexecutionorderoftheofthesolutionsofthepreviousiterationtoinitializethepopula-jobsinsuchawaytopromotecooperationandavoidinterferenceti
