2、e56collegestudentsenrolledinanintroductorypsychologycourseatamidwesternuniversity.Participantswereassignedtogroupsthatcompetedina20questionsactivityandcompletedagrouptasksatisfactionquestionnairedesignedforthisstudy.Resultsindicatedthatparticipativeleadershipimprovesagroup'stasksatisfac
