3、tion(EO)onorganizationalperformance.Notonlydotheresultssuggestthataspin-offsperformanceispositivelyinfluencedbyitsNC,butthefindingsalsoindicatethataspin-offsEOfosterscompetitiveadvantages.AlthoughnodirectrelationshipisapparentbetweenEOandsalesgrowth,salesperemployee,orprofitattainme
4、nt,moderatedhierarchicalregressionanalysesrevealthatNCstrengthenstherelationshipbetweenEOandspin-offperformance.Insum,ourresearchshowsthataspin-offsorganizationalpropensitiesandprocessesthatenhanceinnovation,constructiverisktaking,andproactivenessindealingwithcompetitorspersedonoten
