3、3].However,negativeeffectdoesexist.Anempiricaltechnicalsuperpowerswiththeirpatentedsources,typicallyinstudyabouttheSewingMachineCombinationinUSprovespatentpoolcases.Interestingdebateshavebeencontinuallythatinnovationforbothfirmsinthepoolandoutsidesloweddevelopedonfunctionsof
4、patentpoolsinitiatedandorganizedbyoverseascompanies:issuchexogenouspowergeneratesassoonasthepoolhadbeenestablishedandresumedonlypositivetechnologyspilloverthroughcompetitionornegativeafterithaddissolved[7].pressureoverinnovationcapabilitiesoflocalfirmsinChina.Thereareotherre
5、searchesonunfairuseofpatentrightbyThisstudyisconductedonpatentpoolissueparticularlyonthiscompaniesfromdevelopedcountriesindevelopingcountries,impactnature,throughinvestigationofpatentrecordsinChinaespeciallyinChina,suchascasesofInteltoDongJininovercorrespondingtechnicalfield
6、swhereinternationalPatentShenzhen,andCsicotoHuawei[9].OtherscanincludecasesPoolsareoperatingbymembercompanies.DVD,asoneoftheofWuxiMultimediatoDVD3C,andlawsuitagainstCD-RtypicalpoolsoperatinginChina,ismajorfocusinthispaper.patentpoolbycompaniesformTaiwan.However,currentTheimp
