2、excessivetootremendousandtoodeep-going,asaresult,thetwocountiesdivergemarkedlywhenitcomestoalmosteveryinternationalaffair.Wedon’thavethatwisdomandstrengthofresearchingandprobingthosedifferences.Thatbeingso,let’sgiveitaheadstartinthejudicialsystemandlaw.Judicialsyste
3、mJudicialsystemofUSistotallydifferentfromours.Firstly,America’sjudiciaryisonebranchofthatthreebranches—thelegislativebranch,theexecutivebranchandthejudicialbranch.Thosethreebranchesdividenationalgovernment’spowerintothree.Thisdivisionofauthorityisknownasasystemofche
4、cksandbalancesestablishedbytheConstitution,whichismeanttopreventanyofthethreebranchesfromhavingtoomuchpower.Eachbranchhascertaincontrolsovertheotherbranches.Eachbranchcanlimittheotherbranchesfromgainingtoomuchpower.Inotherwords,eachbranchofthethreebranchesisequaltoe
5、achother.It’simpossibletoletonebedominatedbyanother.SoCourtsinAmericadon’tcareaboutwhattheadministratorsthink.TheyjustmaketheverdictaccordingtotheConstitutionandlawandonthebasisofevidence.ButinChina,thecaseiscompletelydifferent.Inversely,Chinagovernmentpursuesthecen
6、tralizationpoliticalsystemratherthanthetripartitepoliticalsystemofchecksandbalances.JudicialsysteminChinaisnotapartyofchecksandbalances,notatall.Moreimportantly,inordertosegmentandweakenjudiciary’spower,statusandweight,thejudicialsystemitselfhasbeendividedintomanybr
