3、ceptivitytofeedback,includingcomfortwithfeedback,tendencytoseekfeedbackandprocessitmindfully,andthelikelihoodofactingonthefeedbacktoguidebehaviorchangeandperformanceimprovement.Feedbackculturereferstotheorganization'ssupportforfeedback,includingnon-threatening,behaviorally-focu
4、sedfeedback,coachingtohelpinterpretandusefeedback,andastronglinkbetweenperformanceimprovementandvaluedoutcomes.Criticaleventsdirectattentiontothevalueoffeedbackandtherebystartaperformancemanagementcycleofreceiving,absorbing,andapplyingfeedbackinthefollowingdays,weeks,andmonths.
