2、swhichwillbereflectedinV9AccessRulescovertwomainareas,asfollows:-amendmentsnecessarytoaccommodateImplicitDailyAuctionsanditsfallback,withintheNWEPriceCouplingsolution;and-introductionofenhancedfinancialfirmnessarrangementsforexplicitLongTermnominationsandUs
3、eitOrSellItvolumes,alongwithfinancialfirmnessmitigationprovisions.MarketParticipants’responsesarecollatedwithinthisdocumentandNGIC’sandRTE’spositiononthecommentsreceivedisalsocontained. Followingtheconsultation,NGICandRTEhavepreparedanamendedversionV9Access
4、RulesthatissubmittedtotheNationalRegulatoryAuthorities,OfgemandCREforthemtoconsiderforapproval.Inaddition,NGICandRTEhavemadeaproposalfortheinclusionofIFAlossesinthePCRAlgorithm“Euphemia”.Thisresponsesummarydocument,whilstnotpartoftheamendedRules,isprovidedi
5、nsupportfortheNRA’sconsideration.Arevisedversionofthisdocument(withthenamesofallrespondentsremoved)willbepublishedonNGICandRTE’swebsitesandFUIPortal.ApprovedV9Accessruleswillbeinforceforthego-liveoftheNWEPriceCouplingsolution,expectedtobeNovember2013.TheIFA
