2、PetitionstobefiledwiththeCommissionerundertheprovisionsofsection409(b)oftheFederalFood,Drug,andCosmeticAct(theact)shallbesubmittedintriplicate(quadruplicate,ifintendedusesincludeuseinmeat,meatfoodproduct,orpoultryproduct).Ifanypartofthematerialsubmittedisinaforeignlanguage,itshallbeaccompaniedby
3、anaccurateandcompleteEnglishtranslation.Thepetitionshallstatepetitioner'spostofficeaddresstowhichpublishednoticesorordersissuedorobjectionsfiledpursuanttosection409oftheActmaybesent.(b)Pertinentinformationmaybeincorporatedin,andwillbeconsideredaspartof,apetitiononthebasisofspecificreferencetosuc
