1、现场管理5s通讯报道篇一：5S现场管理工作汇报5S现场管理工作汇报紧紧围绕总机械厂年初对5S现场管理的工作要求，配合企业文化建设，提升总厂的外在和内在形象，使现场管理工作得到不断的优化和深化，实现企业管理过程的整体优化.我们对全厂21家单位推行5S现场管理，其中生产单位14家，非生产单位7家。在各级领导的支持和全体员工的积极参与下，5S现场管理工作取得了一定成绩，特别是在总厂跨越式发展的今天，它作为一项基础管理工作，为推动精益化生产，以及向ERP等先进管理过渡奠定了坚实的基础。一、5S现场管理活动的实施过程全厂5S现场管理前期推行活动从2008年5月8日开始启动，200

2、8年12月15日结束验收，分为以下四个阶段：第一阶段启动培训阶段2008年5月8日5S现场管理以及培训工作启动，并确定了隔热管厂、井口制造厂、锅炉一厂、螺杆钻具厂、抽油泵厂5家为试点单位；第二阶段试点阶段2008年5月14日开始对五个试点单位班组长以上成员进行第一阶段（整理阶段）培训考核，同时现场也开始按照5S管理要求进行清扫整顿；第三阶段organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheo
