1、含川芎嗪UW液保存不同时间对异体神经再生的影响请核实题目修改钟建1，阳明明2，蒋电明2(4021601重庆，重庆医科大学附属永川医院骨科1；400016重庆，重庆医科大学第一附属医院骨科2)[摘要]目的探讨在4℃条件下用含川芎嗪的UW液保存不同时间后大鼠异体神经再生的影响,阐明。方法取3月龄雄性清洁级成年健康Wistar大鼠56只（）动物来源及编号？，体质量200～250g，随机具体随机方法？分为A、A′、B、B′、C、C′、D7组分别如何处理？组，每组8只。取3月龄雄性清洁级成年SD大鼠24只（）动物来源及编号？，体质量200
2、～250g，切取双侧坐骨神经干约15mm，随机分为6组，哪6组？每组多少只？，于4℃条件下，其中3组哪3组？分别经含川芎嗪的UW液保存4、6、12周后，作为实验组A、B、C组神经修复供体，对照组指代不明，不知道什么是对照组供体神经用不含川芎嗪的UW液保存。D组为新鲜自体神经移植组。术后4、8、12周行大体观察，术后12周行电生理检测，光镜、电镜观察神经再生情况。结果请适当罗列正文结果重要数据，并请与正文一致术后12周腓肠肌湿质量、电生理检测，A、D两组优于其他组，但D组优于A组，组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)；B组优于B′组，
