2、：探讨姜汁对急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其炎症反应的抑制机制，及其不同姜汁之间的差异性。方法：空白组、模型组、生姜榨汁组、生姜煮汁组和干姜煮汁组，采用无水乙醇灌胃制急性胃黏膜损伤模型，按文献打分法计算胃黏膜损伤指数（UI），HE染色观察胃黏膜组织形态学变化，放免法检测血清中TNFα、IL-8、6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结果：与模型组比较，生姜煮汁、生姜榨汁、干姜煮汁的损伤指数明显减少（P<0.01），胃黏膜组织形态较为完好；与生姜煮汁比较，生姜榨汁、干姜煮汁在损伤指数减少上存在显著性差异（P<0.05）。与模型组比较；生姜榨汁、生姜煮
