2、:探讨姜汁对急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其炎症反应的抑制机制,及其不同姜汁之间的差异性。方法:空白组、模型组、生姜榨汁组、生姜煮汁组和干姜煮汁组,采用无水乙醇灌胃制急性胃黏膜损伤模型,按文献打分法计算胃黏膜损伤指数(UI),HE染色观察胃黏膜组织形态学变化,放免法检测血清中TNFα、IL-8、6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结果:与模型组比较,生姜煮汁、生姜榨汁、干姜煮汁的损伤指数明显减少(P<0.01),胃黏膜组织形态较为完好;与生姜煮汁比较,生姜榨汁、干姜煮汁在损伤指数减少上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。与模型组比较;生姜榨汁、生姜煮
3、汁和干姜煮汁组中6-keto-PGF1α的含量在数值降低上有显著性差异。(P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.05)。结论:生姜榨汁、生姜煮汁及干姜煮汁均能减轻大鼠的胃黏膜破损,抑制炎症的浸润,生姜榨汁效果最好,这可能与6-keto-PGF1α的含量有关。关键词:姜汁;胃黏膜损伤;大鼠ABSTRACTPurpose:Toinvestigatetheprotectiveeffectofgingerjuiceonacutegastricmucosalinjuryandthemechanismoftheinhibitionoftheinflam
