2、……25临床路径在子痫前期患者中的实施与效果分析中文摘要目的通过对子痫前期患者临床路径实施情况的分析评价临床路径应用于临床的效果。方法选择我院2010年1月至2012年5月间实施临床路径的子痫前期患者共78例作为路径组，同期未实施临床路径管理按常规模式治疗的子痫前期患者共73例作为对照组，比较两组在住院天数、医疗费用、并发症发生率以及患者满意度方面的差异，并分析路径组变异的原因。结果剔除其中退出路径组患者4例（合并严重并发症者3例，转院者1例），路径组的住院天数比对照组缩短，住院总费用比对照组减少，且路径组患者满意度优于对照组，两者差异有显著统

3、计学意义（P<0.05），但术后并发症发生率无明显改变（P>0.05）。路径组中正性变异的发生使患者住院天数及住院费用均下降，而负性变异则导致患者住院费用及住院天数中一项或两项延长。结论采用临床路径管理子痫前期患者，能有效地缩短住院时间，减少医疗费用，提高医疗效率及患者的满意度，促进了医疗质量的持续改进。【关键词】临床路径；子痫前期；医疗费用ImplementationandtheeffectanalysisofClinicalpathwayinpatientswithpreeclampsiaAbstractObjective：Basedont
