4、them.Methods:59strokepatientswithdystoniaoflevelIIorabovewhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2015toJanuary2016wereincludedinobservationgroup,and59strokepatientswithdystoniabelowlevelIIwereincludedincontrolgroup,andbothofthetwogroupsofpatientsweretreatedforrehabilitat
5、ion.Headmagneticre-sonance-spectroscopywasusedtoexaminetheneurotransmitterslikedopamine(DA)andace-tylcholine(Cho)andthebrainmetaboliteslikeN-acetylasparticacid(NAA),lacticacid(Lac)andthechangesoftheseindicatorswereobservedandanalyzed.Results:Comparedtothecontrolgroup,t
6、hecontentofDAintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyincreased,andthepeakvaluesofChoandNAAweresignificantlydecreasedandthecontentofLacwassignificantlyincreased;therewasstatisticalsignificanceinthedifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thelevelsofneurotransmitter
