1、提要目的：本研究旨在观察具有疏郁清火、平肝熄风、健脾化痰作用的中药复方（眩运宁）对风火上扰、脾虚痰阻型后循环缺血性眩晕的治疗作用，并进一步探讨其作用机制，为临床应用提供可靠的依据。方法：将临床诊断为循环缺血性眩晕的患者60例随机分为两组，其中治疗组30例，给予中药眩运宁治疗，对照组30例，给予滇白珠糖浆治疗，两组均以7天为一疗程，连续治疗三个疗程。分别观察两组患者治疗前后症状变化，检测用药前后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和经颅多普勒超声（TCD）等各项指标的变化，并做血、尿
2、、大便常规以及肝、肾功能检查，进行统计分析，判断其疗效及用药安全性。结果：临床观察发现，眩运宁能有效改善后循环缺血性眩晕患者的症状以及TCD各项指标。治疗前后患者的血、尿、大便常规，肝、肾功能无明显变化，具有良好的疗效和安全性。结论：临床研究结果表明，以疏郁清火、平肝熄风、健脾化痰为治则拟定的眩运宁能有效地治疗风火上扰、脾虚痰阻型后循环缺血性眩晕，值得进一步深入研究和临床推广应用。关键词后循环缺血性眩晕；眩运宁；临床研究ClinicalStudyonXuanYunNingPrescriptioninTreatingWindandFireonthe
