3、nedthevisitorswiththeattitudeofnegative，sackless；lowsuccessfulemotion，theindividualevaluatingselfsenseandvalueWasdecreased．Teachervocationwasregardedasthehighlystressfulcareer．Theproblemsrelatedtothejobstressandbumountcouldnotbeexplmnedclearly．Generally,therelationshipsbetween

4、thejobstressandburnountwerethecauseandeffect．Thejobstresswasthedirectreasonoftheindividualjobburnout．Sothejobstressresultedinthejobburnount．Therelmivepointshowedthattherelationshipbetweenthejobstressandburnountwasnotthesimplecauseandeffect。Actually,therelationshipWasmuchcomple

5、xthanthat。Nowadays，theresearchonjobbumountWasonlylimitedinthehi曲andpupilschoolfield．Theresearchonthejobburnountofuniversi够teacherswaslittleandthetheoreticandpracticalpointswerenotmature。ThisresearchselectedteachersworkinginShandongJianzhuUniversityassubjects，takedrandomsamples

6、indifferentlevelsandgatheredthefactorsbyquestionnaires。300questionnairesweredistributedand292questionnaireswerereturned。Therateofvalidreturnswas91．3％+ThepurposeofthisresearchwastouseempiricalmethodtoknowthejobstressandbumountStatUSofhi}ghvocationaluniversityteachers；todiscusss
