2、ntly,theresearchinthefieldWasconsideredbythepublicandthenextendedtOtheeducationalfiled.Thejobburnoutconsistedofthreecompartments,whichwereemotionalexhaustion,theindividualemotionWasinthestatusofextremelytiredandforfeitingthejobenthusiasm;non-humanization,theindividualsentertai
3、nedthevisitorswiththeattitudeofnegative,sackless;lowsuccessfulemotion,theindividualevaluatingselfsenseandvalueWasdecreased.Teachervocationwasregardedasthehighlystressfulcareer.Theproblemsrelatedtothejobstressandbumountcouldnotbeexplmnedclearly.Generally,therelationshipsbetween
4、thejobstressandburnountwerethecauseandeffect.Thejobstresswasthedirectreasonoftheindividualjobburnout.Sothejobstressresultedinthejobburnount.Therelmivepointshowedthattherelationshipbetweenthejobstressandburnountwasnotthesimplecauseandeffect。Actually,therelationshipWasmuchcomple
5、xthanthat。Nowadays,theresearchonjobbumountWasonlylimitedinthehi曲andpupilschoolfield.Theresearchonthejobburnountofuniversi够teacherswaslittleandthetheoreticandpracticalpointswerenotmature。ThisresearchselectedteachersworkinginShandongJianzhuUniversityassubjects,takedrandomsamples
6、indifferentlevelsandgatheredthefactorsbyquestionnaires。300questionnairesweredistributedand292questionnaireswerereturned。Therateofvalidreturnswas91.3%+ThepurposeofthisresearchwastouseempiricalmethodtoknowthejobstressandbumountStatUSofhi}ghvocationaluniversityteachers;todiscusss
