1、摘要进行分析、然后对不同所有制企业劳动生产率进行对比分析，从不同所有制企地区间以及行业间两个角度对劳动生产率进行对比分析。通过对比分析，我们能够从劳动生产率的角度出发，对不同所有制企业的效率以及劳动力素质的高低进行一个比较与评价，然后我们使用DEA劳动生产率四重分解理论，应用DEAP2.1软件进行分析，从技术效率、人均资本规模报酬、纯技术进步以及资本强度这四个方面对影响劳动生产率的因素进行分析。然后对全文进行总结，并提出相应的建议措施。通过对不同所有制企业劳动生产率的对比研究，能够对我国上证A股不同所有制企业的效率进行一个初
