2、etreatmenteffectandcomplications,judgmentaboutthesafetyandefficacyofTST.Results：Twosurgicalprocedureshaveachievedthesameclincaleffect.Betweentwogroups,therewerestatisticallysignficantdifferencesinthetimeofhemostasisintraoperation,operatioandhospitalstays,aswellasinintraoperationstretchreflex

3、,thefeelingofthefirstpostoperativedefecationandanalbulge(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinpostoperativecomplications(inadditiontoanalbulgeandemergencywill)betweentwogroups(P>0.05).Conclusion：TSTtreatingformixedhemorrhoidsisanewtechniquewithreliableandsafety.Ithastheadvantageofsimple,
