3、esponsetoinfluenzavirusinfection.TwentypigswerechallengedbyinfluenzaAvirussubtypeH1N2.ExpressionofmicroRNA(miRNA),mRNAandproteinswerequantifiedinlungtissueatdifferenttimepointsafterchallenge(24h,72hand14dpost-infection(p.i.).Severalgroupsofgenesweresignificantlyre
4、gulatedaccordingtotimepointandinfectionstatusincludingpatternrecognitionreceptors(TLR2,TLR3,TLR7,retinoicacid-induciblegeneI,melanomadifferentiationassociatedprotein-5),IFNandIFN-inducedgenes(IFN-b,IFN-g,IRF7,STAT1,ISG15andOASL),cytokines(IL-1b,IL-1RN,IL-6,IL-7,IL
5、-10,IL-12A,TNF-a,CCL2,CCL3andCXCL10)andseveralacutephaseproteins.Likewise,thefollowingmiRNAsweredifferentiallyexpressedinoneormoretimegroupscomparedwiththecontrolpigs:miR-15a,miR-21,miR-146,miR-206,miR-223andmiR-451.Atd1p.i.lungtissueproteinlevelsofIL-6,IL-12andIF
6、N-aweresignificantlyincreasedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,andhaptoglobinandC-reactiveproteinweresignificantlyincreasedatd3p.i.Ourresultssuggestthat,inadditiontoawiderangeofinnateimmunefactors,miRNAsmayalsobeinvolvedincontrollingacuteinfluenzainfectioninpigs.Keyword
