3、cyte).Undercertainconditionssuchasobesity,nutrientwithhighcalorieintakeavailability,thesecellschangedintomaturecellsbytriglyceridesaccumulationinitscytoplasmandabilitytoexpresscertaingenesinaprocessnamedadipogenesisderivedgenes.Suchgeneexpressionwashighlyinvestigatedinhumansandrodentsbutlessdata
4、wasrecordedincattlealthoughfatteningisimportantinveterinaryfieldformeatmarbling.Bovineabdominaladiposetissuewasisolatedandthepreadipocyteswereinducedfordifferentiationusinginsulin,dexamethasoneandcholesterolfor12daystotestdifferentgeneexpressionsusingRT-PCRanalysis.Theexpressionofadipocytesfatty
5、acidbindingprotein(aP2),acylationstimulatingprotein(ASP),insulinregulated-glucosetransporter-4(GLUT-4)andperoxisomeproliferator-activatedreceptor-g(PPAR-g)wereincreasedintimedependentmannertogetherwiththedegreeoflipidaccumulationincells.Moreover,leptinexpressiondidnotshowanyalterationinitsexpres
6、sionusingthisprotocolfordifferentiationunlikeadiponectinwhichshowsanincreaseintheexpressiononday10and12.ThesefindingsshowedforthefirsttimetheexpressionofASP,GLUT-4andadiponectinduringbovineadipocytesdifferentiationandtheirrelationtofatteningandperipheralglucoseutilization.15INTRODUCTIONObesityha
