2、n,YangTong-bao,ZhuHong-he,YanXuAbstractBACKGROUND:Theforepart-expansiblecageisakindofnovelexpansiblecagedevelopedinrecentyears,ofwhichthereareDepartmentofOrthopedics,Firstcircularandsquarecagesallwithlargercontactarea.AffiliatedHospitalofOBJECTIVE:Tocomparetheclinicaleffectofthetwokindsoffore
3、part-expansiblecageintreatmentoflumbarinstabilitywithZhengzhoumicroendoscopicdiscectomy(MED).University,METHODS:Totally97caseswithlumbarinstabilitywereunderwentposteriorlumbarinterbodyfusion(PLIF)usingdoubleZhengzhou450052,HenanProvince,tractorsswingmicroendoscopicdiscectomy.Fifty-onepatients
4、weretreatedwiththecircularcagesandforty-sixwiththesquareChinacasesbilaterallyorunilaterally.RESULTSANDCONCLUSION:EvaluatingclinicaleffectaccordingtotheOswestrydisabilityIndex,theresultforthecirculargroupZhangChun-lin☆,wasexcellentin34cases,goodin13cases,fairin3casesandpoorin1case.Andforthesqu
5、aregroup,itwasexcellentin33cases,Doctor,Professor,Master’ssupervisor,goodin10cases,fairin2casesandpoorin1case.Therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwokindsofforepart-expansibleDepartmentofcages.Thevertebralheightlossrateofthecirculargroupwashigherthanthatofthesquaregroupat6and12monthsafte
6、rOrthopedics,Firstprocedure(P<0.05).Attheendofthefollow-up,47casesofthecirculargroupand44casesofthesquaregroupachievedbonyAffiliatedHospitalofhealing.Complicationssuchasonecircularcageoverturnedandmovedbackwardin3cases,andminorduraltraumaoccuredin1ZhengzhouUniversity,case.Theresultindicatesth
