2、(CoUetotrichumgloeosporioidesPenz),芒果蒂腐病菌(BotryodiplodiatheobromaePat),香蕉炭疽病茵[Colletotrichummusae(Berk&Curt)Arx],香蕉枯萎病(Fusariumoxysporumf.sp.cubense),西瓜枯萎病(FusariumoxysporumLsp.neMm)和水稻纹桔病菌(RhizoctoniasolaniKuhn)6种病原茵的抑茵活性.结果表明,在5mg?rnL-,浓度下,芒果茎叶粗提
3、物对6种病原茵具有好的抑茵效果.其中A3,A.,A和A对水稻纹枯病菌的抑茵活性在60%v~上,A对芒果炭疽病菌和芒果蒂腐病菌的抑制活性分别为72.73%和61.67%,Al对芒果蒂腐病茵的抑制活性为65.83%,与苦参碱药剂间差异显着,且都优于苦参碱的抑菌活性;A3粗提物对芒果炭疽病茵的Ec为2.2457mg?mL-,对芒果蒂腐病菌的Ec为3.3215mg'mL～.关键词:芒果;粗提物;抑茵活性中图分类号:$482.2文献标志码:A文章编号:1005—9369(2011)07—0154—04Anti
