2、学公共卫生学院营养教研室【摘要】目的了解我市现阶段学龄前儿童的营养状况及影响因素，通过膳食调查、体格检查及儿童家长的KAP评分，找出儿童营养状况的影响因素，为今后合理干预提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对兰州某幼儿园内265名儿童进行膳食调查和体格检查，对其家长进行KAP问卷调查。结果KAP问卷调查显示儿童家长60分以上为96.31%。学龄前儿童消瘦率为29.06%，女孩的消瘦率高与男孩。学龄前儿童的生长发育低于WHO的标准，膳食结构不合理。结论不同文化程度的儿童家长及幼教人员的对儿童的健康都很关注。儿童的体格发育的总体状况较1998年我国六市儿童的体格发育状况有所改善。需完善膳食结构
