1、老人用药剂量的计算一般来说，老人的服药剂量，应按年龄调整：即60岁用药剂量是成人用量1/3，70岁用药剂量是成人用量1/4，80岁用药剂量是成人用量1/5。另外，从50岁开始，每增加1岁应减少成人用量的1%；60岁以上用成人剂量的1/3；70岁用1/4；80岁用1/5。 如果不知采取何种用药量时，应按说明书提示的最小剂量开始服用。药物剂量多以mg为单位，少数以g为单位，老年人减量服用时，应认真查看药物的剂量单位，以免产生不良后果。 一般来说，药物的不良反应发生率与用药种数、用药时间呈正比。据报道，在住院患者
