1、农药吡虫啉对牛蛙外周血红细胞的影响生命与环境科学学院潘海乙，南旭阳*，陈院豪，陈坤摘要：本研究以不同浓度的农药吡虫啉溶液为染毒药物，以牛蛙为实验对象，研究了牛蛙在0.005g/L到0.04g/L吡虫啉溶液的胁迫下，牛蛙外周血中血红细胞数、红细胞微核率、核异常率以及总核异常率的变化。结果表明：吡虫啉对牛蛙血红细胞数、红细胞微核率、核异常率以及总核异常率均有一定的影响。吡虫啉浓度为0.04g/L时，染毒组的血红细胞数不仅低于对照组，而且达到了差异显著水平（p<0.05）或差异极显著水平（p<0.01）。吡虫啉浓度≥0.02g/
