4、tsexportenterpriseshavebeenrestrictednotonlybytariffs,quotasandotherrestrictions,butalsosufferfromtheso-called“greenrequirements”,whichledtodifficultyinaccesstotheworldmarket.UndertheWTOframework,moreandmorecountrieshaveadoptedsubtler,lesstransparentmeasuresontheiragriculturalproducti
5、onandtradeundergreentradebarriers,whichmakesithardertomonitorandpredict.SoChina’sagriculturaltradeandoveralleconomicdevelopmentwillfacenewchallenges,thushowtocopewithgreentradebarriershasbecomekeyissuesforus.1.1.2SignificanceofthePaperAgricultureinChinahasalonghistory.EarlycenterofAgr
