1、白内障超声乳化术后早期角膜水肿的临床分析肇庆市第一人民医院眼科，肇庆，广东，526021丁琼谭荣强郑春昌许维强摘要：目的：探讨白内障超声乳化术后早期角膜水肿的相关因素及与视力的关系。方法：通过观察432例（432只眼）白内障超声乳化术后第一天角膜水肿的情况，分析角膜水肿与年龄、核硬度、合并其它眼病的关系,以及角膜水肿与术后第一天视力的关系。结果：白内障超声乳化术后第一天角膜水肿程度与年龄无明显关系；与核硬度程度呈平行关系，核硬度程度越低，术后角膜水肿越轻；糖尿病和抗青光眼术后的患者角膜水肿较明显，而高度近视和无眼部合并症患者术后

2、角膜水肿较轻。术后第一天角膜水肿程度越明显，视力则越差。结论：在同等手术条件下，核硬度越高、合并糖尿病及抗青光眼术后的患者术后第一天出现角膜水肿的程度越重；年龄和高度近视与术后角膜水肿不相关；术后第一天视力与角膜水肿程度呈反比。关键词：白内障；超声乳化；角膜水肿Clinicalanalysisofearlycornealedemaafterphacoemulsification.DINGQiong,TANRong-qiang,XUWei-qiang.DepartmentofOphthalmology,TheFirstPeople
