1、针刀松解疗法结合玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎疗效观察杨海文南京秦淮中医院骨伤科，南京中华路512号210006摘要目的：观察针刀松解疗法结合玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合要求的77例患者随机分为2组，治疗组41例，对照组33例，治疗组采用针刀松解治疗结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗；对照组采用针刺及玻璃酸钠注射，分别于治疗前和治疗4周后参照VAS作为测量受试者主观疼痛评分，同时于治疗结束后《中医病症诊断疗效标准》对肩痹的疗效标准判定2组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为51.22%，总有效率为95.12%；对照组治愈率为27.27%，总有效率为78.79%。治疗组治愈率及总有效率明显
