2、要点及预后。结果:肿瘤全切除26例,次全切除3例,部分切除2例,手术死亡2例;随访3个月至6年,KPS评分90分以上26例。结论:Poppen入路是治疗松果体区肿瘤较安全而有效的最佳入路之一,经脑生理间隙进入,肿瘤全切率高,手术创伤小,治疗效果好。关键词:松果体区;脑肿瘤;Poppen入路;显微手术中图分类号:R739.41文献标识码:A文章编号:1726-8192(2006)04-0247-04MicrosurgicalManagementforTumorsinPinealRegionthroug

5、roachsurgicalresetionofpinealregiontumors.METHODS:Thirty-onecaseswithtumorinpinealregionresectedthroughPoppenapproachwereanalyzedretrospectively.Theclinicalcharacteristics,operativetechniqueandoutcomewerepresented.RESULTS:Totalremovalwasachievedin26cas
6、es.Threecasesshowednear-totalremovaland2casesshowedpartialremoval.Therewere2mortality.Thefollow-upperiodrangedfrom3monthsto6years.TwentysixpatientsmaintainedKarnofskyPerformanceScale(KPS)of90ormore.CONCLUSIONS:Poppenapproachisoneofthesafeandeffectiveap
