2、(p120)表达与HCC患者临床病理特征的关系。方法应用EnVision法检测各80例HCC的表达情况,并比较二者在具有不同临床病理特征的肝癌间的表达差异。结果Ecad、p120表达下调分别为:63.75%,70.00%。Ecad、p120表达下调与肿瘤分级密切相关(P<0.001)。p120的表达下调与肿瘤分期有明显相关(P<0.001)。肝癌中Ecad的表达下调与肝内转移和肝包膜浸润相关(均P<0.01)。p120的表达和肿瘤大小密切相关(P<0.001)。此外,p120表达和肿瘤肝内转移相关(P<0.05)。E
