2、西开普大学,南非开普敦7535;4.北京中医药大学中药学院,北京100102)摘要:目的:考察非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的含量,使用超声波提取法进行提取,考察料液比、溶剂分数、提取时间、超声功率对含量的影响。在单因素的基础上,结合正交试验法选取溶剂分数、料液比、提取时间考察其对提取工艺的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的最适提取工艺为70%甲醇溶液,料液比为1∶40,超声功率400W,提取
