2、效时间和持续时间。方法:将符合标准的90例偏头痛患者分为治疗组(少阳经特定穴组)和对照组(非经非穴1组和非经非穴2组)，每组各30例，均针刺治疗30min。记录患者治疗前和治疗后0．5、1、2、4、24h的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、缓解起效时间以及持续时间等指标的变化，以判定即时疗效。结果:缓解起效时间和持续时间:起效时间少阳经特定穴组明显快于非经非穴2组(P＜0．01)，持续时间少阳经特定穴组和非经非穴1组均长于非经非穴2组(P＜0．05)。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴与非经非穴均有疗效，起效时间阳明经
